“So our session was a little different. It wasn’t a party but instead a DJ session for my personal enjoyment. It was awesome. He completely dialed in my board, helped me understand how everything worked together and then laid out some basic ideas around mixing, etc. So patient and helpful and although he didn’t DJ for a party I could tell that he’s a next level dj. He’s not about just playing one cliche song after another but thoughtfully pleasing the crowd and bringing more to the party than just 6 second song fade crossovers.”

Between our email correspondence, and his ability to help me pick out songs for the big moments in the wedding he was super professional and helpful, and I loved how he always put our requests first! He played all of the songs we asked for and even came and found me during the reception to play a surprise song for my mom. He was very thoughtful and did a fantastic job!”

“We loved our time with Ian! He was very attentive to our desires in the time leading up to the wedding. We had plenty of special requests and highly specific instructions that he helped execute for us and never made us feel like we were asking too much or being too picky. He helped make a special mix for us for our recessional, which was one of our favorite things about our wedding! We also loved the way he crossfaded songs during the dance party; we heard lots of people talking about how much they loved it on the dance floor. Overall, great experience! Definitely felt like we got more than we paid for. I would highly recommend to anybody.

Hire DJ Ian!!
“When we started planning our wedding, we had 3 criteria: good food, plenty of drinks and great music. We took care of the first two and crossed our fingers that DJ Ian would be able to provide the third. Let me tell you, he killed it. I have been to a lot of weddings and Ian was, hands down, the best DJ I have ever seen. Some may think I am biased because it was my wedding but so many guests told us how much they loved him and how great the music was. Our families and friends keep talking about how much fun they had and I know that was because they spent the whole night dancing. Ian took our playlist and made it an unforgettable party. He read the room and was able to play exactly what we needed before we even knew we needed it. He handled requests from my drunken friends with grace and was totally professional the whole night. Ian showed up on time, got set up and ready quickly, handled all of the music for the ceremony perfectly and then kept us so happy for the rest of the night. If I could, I would throw another reception and hire him just to have that much fun all over again. If you can, request DJ Ian! He took our little wedding reception and made it a night we will never forget.”
